Steps from Start to Finish.

Initial contact.
A customer stumble on our website, meets one of our members, request funding. We send the customer to our website to get acquainted and see how we operate.

Need Determination
Need determination meeting on Google Meet. Free of charge. In this meeting the customer presents their needs and we ask questions to understand their needs. From this we can determine if we can help them or not.

03

Pre application preparation. (this can happen same time with step 2)
We present to the customer what they will need to have in place before the application depending on that solution we have determined will be appropriate for them. Example: Executive Summary, Business Plan, other plans, Business analysis, Name of Banks, collateral, etc. (Optionally the customer pay for our services to get some of the necessary documents they can not do themselves if any member of the team has to travel to get the customer ready the customer will be the one to cover the cost of transportation and lodging including feeding for that entire duration needed).

Application process. 
The customers will have to pay 2% of the success fee for us to use for logistics to complete their application. Engagement agreement for our success fee is signed with the customer.

Linking the borrower and the lender.
Customer is assisted in the application process with the appropriate lender that has been identified for them.

Loan approval and disbursement.
Success fee paid in full. Customer is asked to submit a review of our services to him. This review will be signed and dated by the customer on their company letterhead or through official email.

Post Loan Relationship
Follow up every 2 weeks to see how customer is doing for the first 2 months and there after once a month until the project is completes. We will also touch base with you even after the completion of your project. Our doors remain open to you should you need our services again. We count on you to share the good news about our services to you.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS.

Preparation to Apply for your loan. 
Take note that the AFCS will tell you the exact documents you will need. This is just to give you an idea for you to prepare yourself. Every Loan will be different from the other.

Your Personal Information & Business Name

Provide your legal Names, Business Name and address including contact information including website address if any.

Amount of Loan

Specify the amount of loan you need in your currency and in US dollars.

Tenor of the Loan

Tell us the duration for which you will need the loan for in weeks, months, or years.

Purpose of the Loan

Please clearly explain the purpose of this loan, what you want to use it for. You should be specific. Provide any supporting documents in English. If the originals are in any other language than English then include the original plus with the English translation.

Supporting Documents 

Provide supporting documents like  like contracts, requests, deeds etc. that clearly give the reason for the loan if you are taking the loan for such purposes.

Collateral 

Provide collateral for your loan, bank guarantee, letter of credit, land titles, deeds, etc. All of these documents must be originals or certified true copies and will be verified.

Equity

provide us with your current equity. That means the money you have, your cash flow for the past 6 months.

1. Letter of Request
    - amount
    - tenor
    - moratorium - delay of interest and repayments. (free).
2. cash flow analysis:
    - Income,
    - Expenses,
    - break even point analysis.
    - overview. 
    If our team has to visit your location  transportation & Lodging will be covered by you.
3. Business case or Business Plan. 
4. Audited account for last 3 years by accountant.
5. Management account for the current year. this will be Included with item 4 above.
6. Collateral details
- list of assets, Land, buildings, equipment, etc.
7. Credit report. (Free).
8. Company profile and management profile.
9. Other regulatory documents and licenses from Government. By customers.
